OK y'all just because AWM hit her goal doesn't mean we all get to slack off.

Yesterday I worked on my balance ball. I did better than I have in the past with my balance but boy are my abs paying for it today!! LOL

Today I am doing the Biggest Loser sculpt video, if I can find my weights. DS11 swiped them from me and they are in the HASMAT room they like to call a bedroom. If I don't come out in 30 minutes send in reinforcements.

I haven't weighted in this week so I will do that Monday.

I have been doing ok on my eating until the kids go to bed. Then I graze. But I am revamping the dining room (you can see the table!) so I can scrap at night instead.

25 days until the Wedding.......
 
I felt like a braggart posting the new thread every week.

I just finished a mile and 1/2. Will do the rest after it warms up a bit outside. It was just too windy and chilly for me.

I was bad yesterday. Pizza, 2 sodas, and lots of bread. I'll be a good girl today. Special K bar and coffee so far this morning. :)
 
I'm still here:). I just did 40 minutes of cardio (20 minutes with Bob, then Jillian's 10 minutes twice), and half an hour of the power sculpt (Jillian's 20 minutes, Kim's 10).

I'm not doing well with food. I go a couple of days doing great, then I get the munchies at night:(. I may have to get more organized in my scrapping so I can do that at night instead. My scrap area is in our bedroom, and if I use my Cricut at night DD#2 wakes up, as her room is next to ours. I may try to cut stuff while she's still up so I have it to glue up when she goes to bed.

I'll keep at it and work on self control when it comes to food. I just wish I was one of those people who looked at food as fuel for the body and that's it.
 

I've been walking about a mile during the kids' practices w/ a friend.. it's our gossip time!!! :) OH, reminds me.. I need to fill out some paperwork for her today and get it in the mail....

I'm gonna do some exercises today but the kids are off school and they have projects to complete and I have to cut some items on the bug for the science fair project, the big country project.. ( I know it says parents shouldn't do the work..but I don't think that they'll get mad if I cut the items and than the kids handle the rest.. I don't think the teachers want to pay for my broken bug if the kids break it!)
 
Well if she hangs out here of course she's insane! Normal is overrated.

I finished my other mile and 1/2 on the road. I'll try to get a mile in on the treadmill later.

So I am an insane dorky nerdish geek? :woohoo: I've always wanted a label.
 
Ok, I blew it with food AGAIN yesterday. Then I was so exhausted that I went to bed at 7:30 (never even saw DH yesterday!). This morning I did a solid 40 minute run, and I punched it hard for the last 10 minutes. My motto for today is, "Don't waste your workout". So, I hope I do better today. I can't seem to find the resolve I had in 2004 when I joined WW and lost 65 pounds.
 
Do you want to know what just blew my calorie intake for the day? An extra large Raspberry Ice Tea from Taco Bell and then I just had to have a cheesey bean & rice burrito. :scared1:

I am so :mad: at myself right now. I know better then to go out while I'm hungry. I really was only going for a short trip and then saw the gas prices and figured I better do it all now. And then I got hungrier and then I thought, well I can eat at Taco Bell for under $3.00. So what I save in money is going to cost me in calories. :sad2:
 
ACK!!!! I am never ever going near another Krispy Kreme doughnut again!!!
I just ate 4 like they were nothing, 200 calories a piece. Blew my calories for the day. See what happens when you look stuff up after you eat it. shoot me now!!!!!

I decided last night to not eat the lunches and dinners that the kids eat either. I will cook for them but eat WW dinners from now til August. So I need to hit the grocery store today. My only exception is tomorrow since I will be with Lisa all day, we usually get pizza but 1 slice is enough to fill me. And she usually has water.

I did the Biggest Loser video (finally found my weights in the boys room). Holy Crap, my arms hurt so bad!!!! My shoulder was already hurting me and now it kills. I can't even lift my arms up over my head. So I am headed to the chiropractor this afternoon. I hope to be better by tomorrow. so no exercise for me today.
 
I did both Biggest Loser videos this morning. Then, I decided to take care of my own Mother's Day gift (see my thread in the Scrapbook forum:)). I have discovered that if we were independently wealthy, I would be super skinny. When I am in a craft store happily spending $$$, I don't even think about food. I just now had lunch and it's 2:00. The last thing I ate was breakfast (a bowl of plain oatmeal) at 10:00!
 
Urgh, I have just given up with this week, next week is a new beginning. Way too much stress to even think about weight the last few days and not at home pretty much all weekend.

At least I have my wii fit now so actually doing excercise!
 
Oooh, talk about Wii fit. I'm thinking about getting it although DH says video game equipment should NOT tell you your BMI and weight.
 
I love it, really feel like I'm getting a full workout when I go on it. I know I always come off out of breath and sweaty at least!
 
Is Wii Fit out in the States yet? I couldn't find anything when I did a quick search.
 
Ooh! I want Wii Fit, too--except for the part where they make your Mii look like your BMI, etc. I think that might depress me! ;)
