Hot Air Balloon rides in Orlando

I am looking at surprising my wife with a hot air balloon ride over WDW for our 20th wedding anniversary. Anyone done this? Who did you use?

Any help would be great.

I have looked into this as well and would love to hear from others who know more about it or have done it. I heard a lot of "too humid in the summer", "no guarantees of seeing WDW", and "gonna have to be early in the AM and no guarantees we will fly" but couldn't lock anything up.
