Hostels?

Hi guys!

Something that's always interested me has been setting up my own business, particularly a hostel. Problem is, I have no idea how someone would endeavor to go about this!

I am working for 2 months at a hostel in Krakow, Poland pretty soon, so I figure it will be a good chance to ask the right questions.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice?
