We are going on the Magic Eastern Caribbean on June 26th. Some of our younger family members (11 & 12 yr. old girls) want to go horseback riding. Are there any horseback riding excursions available? I see none listed that DCL offers, but I thought someone on these boards might be able to recommend one. Thanks ahead of time!:D

I don't think there is an excursion anymore, but we found a place on the Dutch side in St. Martin via the tourism office. We took a cab over there and took a "bus" back (basically, a van driven by a local that goes a set route...it was only $1, and the driver was really nice and deviated from his route to take us as close to the ship as possible...we gave him an additional tip). The ride was okay, but kind of strange as part of it went through an oil refinery! It was all walking and I thought the horses were pretty hyper. I think they only used English saddles. I am an experienced rider with two horses, one of which I've owned for over 20 years, but I tend to be timid on unfamiliar horses.
