My dd would like to do this over Easter weekend. I see that they have 4 or 5 sessions per day. Will we get closed out without reservations, or are there usually a few slots open? I just want to keep a little flexiblity in our days at the camp ground.

thanks!

Reservations are recommended. We made some already for our Easter break.

Last June when we were there a CM told us they had just opened a 3rd time/slot for riding. I guess they now take 3 tours/rides per day? However, he still said I needed to reserve at least 6-8 weeks out.

I don't think it's so much that they book up fast, as that they cancel rides if they don't have enough interest, hence the requirement for reservations as early as possible.

I made reservations for 4/7 yesterday without problem. I think they may have mentioned 5 sessions, but I could be wrong.
