Horseback riding in Grand Cayman?

Has anyone gone horseback riding on the beach in Grand Cayman? Who did you book it through?

I would love to hear anyone's experiences.

My DD did this last October and loved it. She went with Nikki's Beach Rides. I'm sorry I can't remember the e-mail address but others will know it. Karen? Rae? Can you help out?

Oh please-- someone give me more info on this! This is something I so want to do (I was a horsewoman in my former life (aka- pre-marriage/kids) and I would die to do this. I've ridden on the beach many years ago in Puerta Vallarta and have also ridden in London's Hyde Park. Would LOVE to add Grand Caymen to my list.

How long was the ride? How much was it? Would it be appropriate for a greenhorn like my DH-- whose only experience was a pony at the state fair 35+ years ago??

Any info would be much appreciated!

She offers a one and one half hour ride that includes transprotation from a nearby hotel. She used to come to the dock but says traffic is too bad now. " Pick up is at 9 am. Children seven and up. Weight limit 225 lbs. Can cater to novice or experienced riders. Basic instruction given. Credit card needed to hold reservations." If for some reason we cannot dock/tender due to weather, we will not be charged.
My dtr, 12 and I are experienced. My son, 9, is not. She is going to match us according to our level.
She is super easy to talk to. If you can't reach her, she leaves her cell phone number on the answering machine.

Nicki had great horses (healthy and well trained). We (my son was 7) had a wonderful time riding with her on the beach. I highly recommend her and would love to go back there again even if were just to "hang out" with her!!!
