We stayed at Horizons in June. We loved it! We went back last week and bought a time share. It has a great pool complex that my kids love. I also love the Key West theme. The rooms are arranged for families and decorated beautifuly. We saved money by playing putt putt at the resort instead of going to our usual Rainforest Putt Putt. The resort is not finished yet so there is still some construction going on. It is a convient location, close to Sea World and the easy to get to other parks. There is a Publix about 1 mile away. We already have reservations to go back next May.

How much is for the put put? And how far is from a wal mart?

I think the putt putt was $5 for non members. It was as good as a course as Rainforest or some of the others around. We did not go to Walmart but I know there is one close around. I remember seeing the signs.

Oh not bad at all for the putt putt. We like wal mart because they have pretty much everything, groceries etc. Thanks

We stayed here last October. It was a nice 2BR/2BA; the second bedroom has two queen beds, which is nicer than some of the other timeshares we've tried. Free internet, clean rooms, great pool; we did not partake of the putt putt and other activities, but this place seems ideal for families for a long stay, lots of things to do on property on days off from the theme parks. That said it is very close to SW, not too far from WDW, 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, how well (fast) you know your way around. FWIW.

Thank you! We stayed at the Royal Palms by Marriott in 2002 also 2b 2 b and we liked it, really nice but boring, we had to take the bus to the Marriott World Center to use the big pool, and the horizon like you said is more family fun.
