Thinking of starting out in HS for 7:00 a.m. EMH on Friday 11/29 and then hopping to Epcot around 9:00 a.m. Can we take a boat? When do they start running and how often do they come?

Thank you!

1. Can we take a boat?
2. When do they start running and
3. how often do they come?

Thank you!
1. Yes.
2. Well before the park opening time.
3. Approx. every 20 min., or so.
Once boarded and underway, figure 30 min. to get to Epcot's International Gateway.
You can walk the distance (at a "normal pace") in 25-30 min.

I like the boats! You will have the option of the Skyliner as well to get to Epcot. Just another option

We took the skyliner from DHS to the International Gateway once on a recent trip, primarily to get the Skyliner ride and not to save time. It did take about 25 minutes and was fun to do once.

Depending on your walking speed, if you don’t want to walk the whole way but want to save a few minutes, you can take the boat to either the Swan and Dolphin dock or the Yacht Club dock and walk from there. From the Yacht Club you should be able to get to the IG in less time than it takes the boat to go across the lagoon to the Boardwalk and then to the IG. We often do that on hot days.

Good to know about how long it would take - I haven't done it yet (55 days away!). But as this trip we will be hopping back and forth between Epcot and HS this is good information.

We were thinking of saving the skyliner for end of night so that if it gets "delayed" that we wouldn't have our park day spoiled. We are staying at Pop so I've heard that it is faster than the buses.
