ONE MONTH​

Mr. Engineer Man went and checked out the house today. Said that whatever caused the shift is no longer an issue. Looks fine now. The buyer was there to hear it so I guess it is not an issue. The pipes are what they are. Same as the pipes in all the other homes around there. If they want to replace them they can. There is an issue with some standing water. The meter does not show anything so it is a bit of a mystery. The yard guy is going over tomorrow to see if it is due to the drip system. They have until Mon to respond to the inspection report.

We started our coundown today. Will post pics when my computer is not acting up.
