VMK took all holiday items, incl. snowman magic and gingerbread, out of the stores. Nothing much left in the stores. hehe. Also New Year's Party hat and straw hat are gone. I hope it soon fills up with some cool new January "magical" items, but I need to play a few good games of Mansion before they do it!!

Only new item today is the new pin you get for logging on. Quite nice! Nontradeable though, but not a surprise given recent trends.

Sorry to hear that AmyE, if I had gotten any extra they'd be yours, but puppy and I seemed to have that same issue with buying last night!
I feel really bad for those who could not buy the hat and for those who had only errors and didn't get the confetti pins.

ugh! I hate this, I'm sad about this I was doing las minute shopping for extras and I was having trouble with the credits logged of to get it fix and vmk was down I did not get to buy reeideer hats or snowman not even 1 for me oh well, I'll wait till next year

Unfortunately, all of the items being removed from the store was predictable (with the exception of the presents), since we are starting a new month. I would have thought the presents should stay for us to give as birthday gifts or just a special gift for someone. Same as for the New Years Party Hat, it really was a hat for the Party. Not the first and the last time VMK will have an item for one day only.

But please VMK, bring back the Mickey presents. Also, Donald, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto Presents while your at it. Once I figure out my gift glitch, I would love to give them.

So true! Anyone who's played vmk for any length of time knew the Holiday items would be gone this morning and that the Party Hats were to be a one-day only item. It makes sense the Party Hat woud be gone by this morning, it was a New Year's Eve hat, just like those we all get when attending New Year's Eve parties in real life. I wish I could have purchased a few more, but at 1000 a pop, I'm lucky to have picked up the few I did for my friends who weren't on yesterday. Gosh, I spent a lot of credits last month! lol

Oh, and Dis? My friend feels your pain! It took him days to figure out there was a bug with the Mickey presents. He's very thankful that the two of you were able to figure out how to fix them. A bit of a pain to do, but he was finally able to gift his friends.

That is true we should have also know that VMK would have crashed out because they do so often so My bad for waiting till two hours before close and not waiting around longer after two hours of down time since we all know it takes them over 2 hours to reboot. It was extra thoughtfull for them to continue to have item delivery issues today but again, I guess I should have expected that they only fix fun bugs overnight. I don't mean to be hostile but it was a pretty good wash of an evening for me, I did enjoy the staff messages that I got to see before being locked out but other wise last year was far better, and this is how I planned to spend my night not staring at a black screen. I planned to make my final purchases after my final earning.
