Hope they keep this new Halloween event!!!

We were at DL this past weekend, and spent plenty of time at my fave ride: ToT!!!!

Well, they had ghost stories outside the ToT during the last hour the park was open every day. They had two different ghost stories, being told by employees of the Hollywood Tower Hotel. They were only about 10 minutes each, presented every 15 minutes, and they were told in a Twilight Zone twisty kind of way.

We LOVED them!!! They were so much fun. I wish they would make this a permanent thing. Anyone else catch these?

I am so bummed, I did not catch these! We didn't even make it back to the TOT area this last trip. We only made it as far as Monsters. Oh well, there's always next year. It sounds neat and I really hope they do it again.

By the way, we will be there the weekend before you during this next trip!! What day are you driving there? We are heading down early early on Sunday the 10th.

You are right in between our bi-coastal Christmas!

11/30-12/3 we will be at DL.
12/16-20 we will be at WDW.

My goal for getting all of my holiday shopping AND SHIPPING!!! done is 12/10! DH said if we don't finish we shouldn't go to WDW. I haven't stopped laughing since then!!!

Yes! We caught those stories. We saw the first story and then asked the kids 12,10 and 5 if they wanted to leave and do something else and they all wanted to stay for the next one. After all the rides ,shows etc... I figured they would be raring to keep going but they were happy to wait for another ghost story. It was very good and I enjoyed it myself. On the way home a couple days later they were retelling the stories verbatim. Definetely something one should not miss
