I bought airfare and booked a hotel (offsite) for Feb. 29-Mar. 2 not remembering that Mardi Gras would be going on. Please tell me how crowded it typically is during Mardi Gras (as of right now, Gretchen Wilson will be there). Also, where is the concert, CityWalk?

If the concert is anywhere, then it would be at Hard Rock Live, but i've never been to USO during Mardi Gras, but that's where I would think for it to be at

The Mardi Gras concert is included with your park admission. It's in The Boneyard, which is that HUGE area between Jimmy Neutron & Twister.

Mardi Gras is on Saturday night only. It doesn't usually get too busy until around 5:00 PM. If you arrive early in the day, you can avoid any crowds. The Mardi Gras concerts are inside the park (like Dark Maurder said) and are included in you regular admission ticket. I love Mardi Gras so I would try to attend it if you can.
