Hooray to Sea World

I wanted to share something nice! When we were in Sea World my daughter picked up a baby penguin doll. The doll had a rip in it. We went back the morning of our flight home, jetted to Antarctica, exchanged it and still made our 11am flight home! While in the tunnel to board, we noticed the penguin was missing. My daughter must have left it in the airport somewhere. We were so bummed! I reached out to Sea World and they helped us get a new one. Well they sent us one!! My daughter was dancing around with it last night! Guess we got a little dolphin dust our way. Thanks SW for the kindness.

I laugh because we spent about $1500 for a few days just the two of us. But we are most excited about the $14 penguin!

That is so awesome!!!!

We have found SW's customer service to be fabulous. When we all came down with a flu-like bug the afternoon of Christmas Eve (when we were had tickets to Santa's Fireside Feast for later that evening), they refunded our entire meal price without penalty even though we were well beyond the cancellation time.

In a separate issue, when they erroneously cancelled two items we had prepurchased online (when I had called to request that only one of the components be cancelled), they gave us two days worth of complimentary preferred parking for our troubles and reactivated the item that was cancelled in error.

Glad to hear that your DD has her penguin home! I have a stuffed SW penguin sitting on my desk at my office, a little reminder from our last visit .

Yay so glad they could make your DD smile. They really are nice. We have a penguin. Ironically my DD picked it out but now my DS has latched onto it. She doesn't care probably doesn't realize it was hers since she was about 2 when we got it.

Awww. Yep, my kids have learned, if you don't pick it up, and the dog gets it, no replacements. When our dog was young, it loved to chew, and chewed just about anything!
