Hooray off from work for 2 weeks!!

Winter/Christmas break has now begun!! Two wonderful weeks of freedom!!
The only thing that could make it perfect is if I could spend Christmas with my family at WDW. Either way, I need to dance cause I am so happy. Anyone else want to dance with me?

I will, because I got off a few hours ago after spending two days cleaning up the kitchen and prepping for the holiday shut-down.

Two whole weeks without seeing the little bratlings! Yaaay! Definately a good thing, esp seeing as on Weds I nearly lost my temper with them. They were really loud, overly rambunctious and, because of the testing schedule, all the lunches were right on top of each other. It made for a very testy TOV and rather annoyed lunch staff.

But no more studies, no more books, no more teacher's dirty looks! At least for two weeks, anyway. Whoohoo!

I have to wait until Tuesday to start my dance. (For some WEIRD reason, we have to go Monday and Tuesday.) But, I'll dance with you anyway! Now if I can just survive the remaining two days...

Did ya'll have your office Christmas parties yet?
We had one for our school yesterday and our lunch staff party this morning where we exchanged our Secret Santa gifts. I got a pretty aluminum..thingie..that is shaped like a Christmas tree and has red/green glass candleholders that go with it. My boss also bought everyone something that they collect *Santa dolls in my case* along with some smelly lotion stuff from Avon (she's also an Avon lady). I got cookies and little bitty fruitcakes from another co-worker and cards from just about everybody.

It really makes me feel comfortable and well..sort of loved, I guess, to have recieved all these nice things from my co-workers. It's great to be in a job where it's not cut throat and dog-eat-dog all the time, the way my last few jobs have been. Our coworkers actually CARE about each other. I like it, I love it. I want some more of it!
