Hooray! I've just booked the Disneyland!!!

Somebody please be as excited as I am! I have spent 5 months trying to book my DLP trip using my DVC points. I finally managed to make the booking today, and I am a little bit excited!!!

I have booked to stay, for the first time might I add, at the Disneyland Hotel! We are going for 4 nights and 5 days, in just under 2 months time.

We have been 6 times before as a family, but never stayed at the Disneyland, it always seemed a little bit too posh with 2 small children. And the money it cost could have got us another stay. We have tried the Santa Fe, the Cheyenne and the Davey Crockett Ranch, and my friend and I stayed in the Hotel New York last year.

I am bouncing off the walls like Tigger, even though I have a horrible head cold at the moment. We will be there 2 weeks after my DD is 18, and she has been wanting to stay at the pink palace since she first saw it at the age of 6.

Congratulations!
You will love it mate. It's especially nice in the colder months, when you can nip in from Main Street to warm up for a bit. The breakfast is top notch as well. Bacon and pancakes topped with tons of maple syrup really sets you up for the day!
It sounds silly, but my favourite thing about the hotel is actually its smell! I'm not sure if its just the stuff they hoover up with, or the type of air freshener, but its just AMAZING!

Thanks everyone for being excited with me I think they are finally getting into the spirit of things, they have all had to as I haven't shut up about the trip all weekend.
