If you have to prepay for this show at the time of booking......what happens when you want to use your dining plan (TS's) to pay for it when you are there?

You aren't prepaying when you make your PS's or whatever they're called now--you're putting down a credit card deposit to hold it for you, which won't actually be put onto your card unless you don't show up. When you get to Pioneer Hall, you go to the window to check in (it's on the left, near the rest rooms, but people will be there direct you) and you give them your MYW card then, which is when you actually are paying. They run it through and give you a confirmation slip. You need the slip to be seated because it is your receipt of payment (or of TS credits applied if using MYW) and it has your table number on it. You give it to the host when you get to him or her and they seat you and there you go!

I can't answer the OP's question, however, when it comes to HDR you ARE charged on your credit card when you make your PS (or now AR). I made my PS in Feb for Aug and my card was indeed charged. I was told I would be credited if I cancel with 48 hrs notice. It is different with a PS for regular dining.I did not have to give a cc # for character meals or regular dining, just for FDP for H&V. I was told for that package I would NOT be charged until that day, however if we were a no show or didn't give 48hrs notice to cancel I would be charged $10 pp.

  90 day dance

I called about the Hoop Dee Doo being charged on my card today. I just wanted to confirm that it was already paid for when I go...and she told me today that it was charged and all paid for. (One less meal to have to worry about paying for when we get there  )
So, not sure how they handle the points for this. I would just call and ask!

Yes I can vouch that it does get charged when you book. It's only for certain things though. My DH saw our credit card bill and wanted to know how I had already spending his lovely money at WDW and we hadn't even got there!! By the way when I made the PS they did ask if I was using this as part of my dining plan. So mention that you are doing the My Way Dining when you book.
