I am asking here and on the restaurants page.
Just wondered if anyone has heard anything about a refurb there.
I had read people were having trouble making reservations for October. Some thought it just wasn't in the system and others heard it would be closed to be refurbed.
I go late Oct. every year and do the HDDR every year. Last year I do recall having some trouble making reservations also. Wasn't allowed to at 180 days - more like 150.
Anyone have any recent info?

Hoop Dee Doo will be closed for refurbishment October 1 to December 31, 2012. Sorry!

Crud, we wanted to go 11/1. I kept entering the ADR just in case...so thanks for posting the dates.

Does anyone know what the refurb entails? Are they changing the show/songs/settings/menu...?

I haven’t been able to find any more details than dates anywhere. I’m bummed too. This will be my first time ever setting foot on FW soil and I wanted to take part in the Hoop Dee Doo after hearing about it for so many years to get the full Fort experience. Next time I guess…..
