We will be in Fl. Dec.21-Jan.5 after our Disney cruise. I want to make res. for Hoop Dee Doo Revue. What day and time would be best considering the holidays. Do they have a show on Xmas day and if so is it hard to get res. for that evening? Any feedback about anything pertaining to this show would be appreciated.

Its a truly great show. We have been many times and will be back in October. They take reservations two years in advance for this show. I very seriously doubt you will get anything for xmas day.

I won't go if I have not made reservations far in advance. I don't want any chance of sitting in the balcony.

I would shoot for Jan 3 or 4, the crowds are much lower and making your reservation at such a late date, I would say that these are the only days you would have a shot of getting on the floor.

We loved Hoop Dee Doo Revue! We went in May, and I made my reservations for 12 only 10 days before we left. We were on the floor, front and center. I thought they were the best seats in the house! Can't help with Christmas reservations, anytime will be GREAT!

Guests can make HDD ressies up to two years in advance; as a result shows often fill long in advance particularly for holiday times and for the 7 p.m. show. I would call now with your preferred dates and see what is available--likely you can easily get Jan 2 on and before then there are likely to be some dates and times still available.

We had a party of 17 and made our ressies one week before our show. We wanted the 9:30 show so we wouldn't have to cut park time. We were about half the total crowd. The show is still fun though.

Just made reservation for 4 for Dec.25,2002 at 7:15. The reservationist said that he couldn't tell me the seats were on the floor but they were at long tables which he believed to be located on the floor not in the balcony!! We are very happy to say the least!!

We ate at HDD last Dec 22 and only made the reservations about 3 weeks in advance and we had a great table on the floor the second row back from the stage. It was a great evening!

I just called for PS for Christmas Day and was told all 3 shows are available (for our party of 4). We're still not sure if we'll do it, but I guess we better make up our minds soon!!
