Hoop Dee Doo Revue and Happily Ever After Dessert Party?

Hello!

Is it doable to do the 4 PM showing of Hoop Dee Doo Revue and then head to Magic Kingdom to do the fireworks dessert party? This will be in October. I'm really wanting to do this, but I'm not sure if there is enough time.

First, I assume this is for a regular Park night, not MNSHHP, correct?

Also, last Octobr, HEA was at 9pm, which means a 7:45pm dessert party. TBD whether the HEA time will be the same this year, although for these purposes let’s assume 9pm.

I think HDDR is around 1.5-2 hours, if I’m not mistaken. Hopefully someone else knows for sure. If so, and if HEA is at 9 that night, you should have plenty of time to get to MK for the dessert party.

Timing you should be okay. The concern I have is that you won't want to take full advantage of the deserts after having such a big meal at Hoop Dee Doo.

I agree with the others. HDDR is just about 2 hours. You should be out by 6.
BUT. I could never eat at a dessert party after all the delicious All Your Care to Eat food at the HDDR

If the intention was to eat desserts at the Fireworks Party, I would skip the strawberry shortcake at the Hoop.
(But, that is one of the principle pluses of the Hoop.)

I agree with the others. HDDR will be over around 6 pm giving you plenty of time to get over to MK for any dessert party that would be scheduled for 7:00 pm or later (ours have always been at 7:45 pm). As someone who ate at Cali Grill with dessert AND also went to a dessert party that evening (yes, I was very full), I will not discourage you from doing this
