Hoop Dee Doo reservations

I know people have been trying to make reservations after Oct 16 and have been unable to. I just called and was able to make my reservation for 10/27.
I told her that I had been trying and I could not get a reservation and asked if something was going on. She just kind of hesitated and then said "yeah there was something going on but not anymore".
Not sure what that was all about but as long as I got my reservation I am happy.

I couldn't make reservations online a couple weeks ago, but when I called and talked to a person there was no problem making a reservation. I just assumed there was something wrong with the online reservation system.

I could not make them on line either but I read someone said that they couldn't make them by calling either. I think they said they were told that the show times had not been released yet and to keep trying....

That is just embarrassing to read about stuff like that. Especially when the author of the music is "delighted" with Disney's use of it!!

I wonder if it did??/ But it is weird that they were accepting reservation up until 10/15 and then nothing for the rest of the year. It still will not take reservations on line but yet you can call. Who knows.
I'm just glad I got mine....

Also just now called and got the same " nothing released yet" speech. Did notice that they at least took down the Oct 17th - Nov 11th date range as not being able to accept reservation through. Replaced it with not being able to accept anything after October 16th now.....
Just wish they would come out and explain the issue. Can then plan accordingly. For it to be like this this long it certainly isn't a software/system loading issue.

What dates were you looking for?
I have not been able to book on line for 2 weeks for 10/27 and yesterday I was able to book by telephone. I thought other people were trying to book for the end of Oct and could not online or by telephone.....
Did you try calling?

We are scheduled for CBR from 11/27 - 12/3. I wanted HDD for the 28th. I have been looking online and calling since my 180th. It just is not available. Am sure it will open soon but I'm the impatient sort. This just gives me something to try to reserve until I begin to try to reserve tix for MVMC.

Weird. We booked a 7:15 HDDR res on Oct 28th through our TA a week or so before Mem Weekend. We had to pay in full. We have a conf #. And when I go to disney's website and search for my reservations in their system, all of them are there...including HDDR.

My reservation for 10/28 is showing on the website. When you try to book online it won't let you for anything after 10/16.
Still weird....

The WDW website is still showing my Oct 20th reservation. I hope everything is still OK, we waited until the grandkids were old enough to enjoy it before going.

I received the following form WDW:

"Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.

We appreciate your concern. We do know that there is a challenge with booking reservations for the Hoop Dee Doo Review beyond November 13, 2011. We have been advised to tell our guest to call back on or after June 28th. We are sorry that our response is not a more favorable one, but we thank you for understanding."

At least I have a date now I can work around. Really hope we can go in November though. Sounds like a great time!
