Hoop Dee Doo Reservation Policies??

Hello fellow DISers!

With the policy of ever changing policies I never know who knows what end is up when it comes to WDW.

For eons you always provided a CC# just to "hold" your reservation for HDDR. If you didn't cancel or pay for your tickets another way they would charge your CC.

Well when I made my HDDR ressies the CM told me they were going to charge my account now???? Then if I cancelled I would recieve a refund on my CC?

I thought that sounded wrong and this was the end of last week and they have not put through a charge request yet for it on the CC I gave them.

Any info would be great.

Sounds odd that they would say they're charging your account now. The CM must have been mistaken. When we reserved our HDDR tickets last month we weren't charged until we picked up the tickets on the day of the show. I don't know why they would change the policy. I think the fact your card hasn't been charged yet shows that the CM was wrong.

No that doesn't sound right! We made ressies in January for HDDR and Luau and they just took down our cc # but didn't charge it - they also said we can cancel up to 72 hrs before. I would call back and try a different cm.
