If I make a 6:15 pm ADR , will we be out in time to catch the 9:00 showing of HEE? And will we be able to find a decent spot if so???

It will be close. When we did the 6:15 pm show we got out around 8:10 pm. There is a boat back to MK or I think you can take the bus, too. The lines are long to get back to MK, so if you head out the second the show ends you might have a better chance of getting on a bus or boat before it fills up.

I think it would be tight, but possible. Boat out of FW may take 30 mins or so, waiting for the boat, the ride, etc.

It's a gamble to say the least. Personally, I'd go for the earlier show.
