We will be heading there on Friday for the second seating reservation at 8:30. What time should we show up at Ft wilderness and what should we expect when we get there to get ready for check in. I understand we are not able to park close to the facility

If you're driving, you'll park at the entrance to FW, which is called the Outpost. You'll catch a bus from there to the Settlement, where Pioneer Hall is. I personally would plan to arrive at FW about 7:30, which will give you plenty of time for the bus ride. In addition to Pioneer Hall, the Tri-Circle-D Ranch stables for the Disney horses is at the Settlement, as well as the Trading Post which has souvenir items as well as camping and other supplies and Crockett's Tavern where you can get a drink while you wait, so you won't be bored.

Any of the 3internal buses will take to bus depot and a short walk to the hall.

Just to add to the good info above I'll say not to stress about being first getting into the venue when the doors open. All the tables are pre-assigned and there is no need to queue up and crowd the door before they open.

Also there is not a restroom inside Pioneer hall. There are restrooms right outside the doors. I suggest you go well before the earlier show lets out as they will become really, really busy with lines out the door.

From Epcot, you have several choices:

Ride the bus from Epcot to FW Outpost, take internal bus from there to the Settlement, the bus stop is steps from Pioneer Hall

Ride the monorail from Epcot to TTC and transfer to monorail to MK, then take boat to FW - the dock is a short walk from Pioneer Hall

Take the bus from Epcot to Wilderness Lodge, ride the bus from WL to the FW Settlement and Pioneer Hall

Take a rideshare from Epcot to FW Outpost, take internal bus to the Settlement/Pioneer Hall

Take a Minnie Van from Epcot to the Settlement/Pioneer Hall - it's the only way to drive directly there
