HOOP DEE DO TO EPCOT

How would I get from Hoop Dee Doo to Epcot after the 6:15 show and would I get there in time for Illuminations? thanks.

You can take the Ft. Wilderness boat to MK, then monorail to Epcot. A bus has been available to take guests to MK at the later shows we've attended also. I would guess you could get to Epcot in time for Illuminations if no snags came up and as long as staking out a spot for a perfect view was not necessary.

Very, Very tight, if at all.
HDDR is approximately 2 hours long. So you are out between 8:05 - 8:15. Then you need to wait for a bus to the front of FW and then wait for a bus to Epcot and then travel by bus to Epcot, OR wait for a bus/boat to the MK and then monorail to TCC and change and wait for a Monorail to Epcot. The monorail ride is about 15 or so minutes. Then you need to walk to bag check, get through bag check, get through security, get through the tap stiles and get through Future World to have a crowded view of Illuminations.
I wouldn't try it.

you would probably not get there in time for illuminations. 6:15 show lets out around 8:15? it will take time to make your way to the boat, get on the boat, monorail from MK to TTC, transfer to Epcot monorail and then walk back to world showcase. It might be quicker and more possible if you take the boat to MK and then bus (assuming timing works) to beach club or boardwalk and walk through international gateway.

I was thinking the show didn't last 2 hours. We go to the last one of the night so never make subsequent plans. In light of the other poster's info, I, too, would not try for Illuminations on the same night.

I would not take the boat to MK after Hoop Dee Doo. That would take too long, since the boat is always packed with people. I would take the internal bus to the park bus stop, then grab the Epcot bus. It is a direct trip from FW to Epcot, about an 8 minute ride. I think this would be best chance of getting there in time, and even then it might be too close.
