Just wondering if anyone knows how many guests they serve at one show of HHDR? It's been a long time since we've been there, so I can't remember how big the restaurant is. I want to try and get ressies for the same show that our kids will be at when they go with their marching band. They will be a group of about 150, so was wondering how hard individual ressie will be to get.

Thanks!

You may want to talk to the Magic Music Days Cast Member NOW in regards to this. I do believe you would be able to fit all of them there but it needs to be asap because they may want to make this a private show for them. And with that many kids and I assume parents I would hate for you to wait! OR... you can call the dining number and speak to them and see where they direct you.

I brought my students in 2006 and Disney actually has a "bbq" that was optional for large groups of students. It was all-you-care-to-eat bbq food (burgers, hot dogs, etc). I don't remember the price, but it was less expensive than HDR. It's just a back-up idea for you. (By the way, that info wasn't wasn't on the regular registration sheet. It was in something else that group sales sent me.) Here's the info for the Dis youth group sales person that helped me:

I found the info. It's on a "Disney Group Dining & Recreation" form. HDD is actually on there & the price in 2006 was $42.11 for the 9:30 pm show. The bbq at Fort Wilderness was called the "Starlight Country Cookout" and it was $19.64. (Plus, you get one free chaperon dinner for every 50 students). They also offer other special all-you-care-to-eat breakfast and dinner options for groups of 50 or more.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm not the one organizing the trip- our band has an agent who specializes in these things doing that.;) I was hoping to just join in on some of the fun. I think I may work through our parent organization to see how it might all be coordinated.

Any other advice? :confused3
