Hoop De Doo w/PDD?

Is it worth attempting HDDR? My DS is 4, has PDD-NOS. I'm wondering if it is gong to be too much for him, let alone any 4 year old! His symptoms are pretty mild and is more of a sensory seeker, or add type symptoms.

Has anyone done this with a child on the spectrum and/or a preschooler?
