Hoop de Doo Tier 2 seating?

Is the seating in "tier 2" ok for Hoop De Doo? I'm finding mixed reviews, some say there's not a bad seat in the house, others say that the balcony is terrible due to support posts. Is section 2 in the balcony?

Teir 2 is on the floor, just not right at the stage. It is also the balconey right across from the stage, the balconey sides are tier 3.
