Hoop-de-doo prepaid, now on DP

We are leaving for the world in just a few days now, and when I made reservations at 180 days out, we had not yet added the dining plan. I prepaid for CRT and hoop-de-doo on my credit card. I have heard it is not a big deal to switch to the dining plan at CRT (just do it at the podium, right?) but how do you go about doing it for hoop de doo? We are in the correct seating, so it is eligible, but can you do this at the resort or before the meal somehow?

CM told me to have it switched to DP whenever you pick up your tickets.
