hooking up VCR in rooms?

Is it possible to hook a vcr I bring with me up to the Disney resort TV's and record "the Krista show" for my DS3? He loves her and always wants to watch her. After this weekend's trip I don't know when we will be getting back to the kingdom, so I need to know asap. I tried to hook it up once at a hotel in Tampa nd the security guards came to ask me why I let my son pull the plugs out of the wall - apparently they have some sort of satellite system that gets very messed up if touched by mortal hands. So I am packing my suitcase now and want to know if I should shove a VCr in it or not -

Any help? We're staying at POP again - 6th time this year. But we were at ASMo for 2 weeks due to hurricanes and no power so we need a budget trip!

None of the WDW TV sets I've seen in recent years have video output jacks. Most have input jacks for hooking up a camcorder, but that won't help you.

I can understand wanting to record Christa - she's a real cutie.

(I think her casting was pure genius on Disney's part - she's got that cute playfulness enough to attract dads, but she's daffy enough and not a blonde bombshell, so I suspect moms aren't threatened by her.)

BTT - please anyone know? I do have a camcorder but i don't know how to record a tv show on it - anyone out there done it?

We brought a VCR/DVD player with us to the contemporary resort this year and was able to hook it up......but I don't know if any of the other resorts are capable.
