I am going to visit for my birthday..I am not a DVC member but was wondering how it all works to buy them from someone? I am from Australi and disabled, so i am trying whatever i can to try and spend the [date Removed] at the resort to see disney characters....I got a deal on a flight which is why I am coming....

It sounds like you are looking at how to rent a DVC reservation from a member. I think if you go to the rent trade board on this site you can read all the stuck threads at the top of the page, and that will answer most of your questions.
