Honeymoon

We'll be getting marrried at Disney and doing our honeymoon there. We are staying for three weeks.
I have made bride and groom t-shirts and baseball hats. We will be wearing these the few days before the ceremony.

I also made new bride and new hubby t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats to wear during our honeymoon. Since we are going to be there for three weeks, I was wondering if it would be proper to wear them the whole time we are there.

I am not looking for pixie dust, or freebies. I just want to let everyone know we got married and we are happy, happy, happy.

I'd be interested in hearing what you think.

You should totally wear them the whole time (although after a while you may feel like taking them off so you can go incognito and not have to be "the happy couple" for all the strangers who keep congratulating you!)

So let me be the first to say... "Congratulations!!!" Sorry I don't have a free dessert for you...

Other than a good washing of the shirts occasionally, I say go for it! You're only newlyweds once.

I am actually thinking of making a shirt for everyday I am down there. My fiance won't wear any shirts but he is going to wear the "Just Married" button you can get from Disney. I say go for it!! Its once in a lifetime!....well hopefully I am sure it will be for you! Make sure you get your Just Married buttons!!!

Congratulations! We're not having our wedding at Disney, but we are having our honeymoon there! And I'm stealing lurkyloo's baseball cap ears idea! Sounds much more wearable than the regular bride and groom ears, (and much easier to get DF into!)

sorry I don't know of any sites. But here's a few ideas I used. Iron-on
disney characters. I also bought iron-on transfer letters and ironed on the words: groom, bride, new hubby, new bride, new husband, etc.

We did our honeymoon there this past summer; I say wear your stuff as much as you want! This is you're one shot to do that; just don't always expect free things. You'll get quite a bit of extra pixie dust, but don't get too caught up in that because you won't want to be disappointed if you don't get something you thought you should get (free desserts, drinks, etc.)

But, it's a great feeling to have CMs and guests shout "Congratulations" to you all day long! Get your ears, too! I'd rec buying them on Ebay; we got ours for less than half the price. I don't think I ever really took them off!
