Honeymoon WDW Suprise for DFi - Any ideas?

We will be spending our Honeymoon in WDW in May 2012. I have so many ideas in mind for a treat/special night for my husband to be. But I am really looking for that perfect idea.

Here are some facts to maybe help your suggestions/ideas:

1. Budget for this special event would be $100
2. We will be on the DxDP
3. We will be staying at a Mod Resort - Unsure which one
4. He loves cars and everything about them. He drives a Corvette and loves everything about them too. (He has already done the Richard Petty racing experience as well as the one in PA)
5. We will be there Monday - Saturday, 12 nights.
6. 10 Disney Hopper + Water Parks More Ticket, 1 Day Universal, 1 Day Seaworld.

He actually has done it and loved it! When we went it was about $379 last time for 8 laps. But I know you can ride a long for $109. Who knows he might do it again...

Any other ideas?

We had a Rolls Royce for out wedding and our driver was telling us about this local car gathering every week. I don't remember if it is year around. Marty was very interested in going but we never did get around to it. I he would be thrilled if I paid for a taxi to take us to the gathering so he could look at the cars and chat with the owners. I am thinking this link must be what the driver was talking about.
