this is my 1st post here

I am getting married here in England on Saturday

We are flying to LA monday and plan on visiting DL on thursday having booked a coach trip

Can anyone give me any tips?

Make sure you pick up your "Just Married" buttons and "Happily Ever After" buttons from city hall... Everyone will congratulate you your whole honeymoon!

The link Jack gave you will help a lot! Are you just visiting for 1 day? If so that's too bad. What day(s) of the week is it ~ during this time of year DLR is pretty crowded ~ it's Spring Break time, luckily you found this message board before your visit, spend some time here and you'll have a great time.

Congrats on your up coming wedding. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at DL also,(cough/mumble 25yrs ago mumble/cough).My kids thought it was really lame. I think they were just mad cuz we didn't take them.

We can only do a day as we are only in California for a week

That's a MM day and unless you stay onsite you won't be able to partipate ~ those staying offsite with most 3+ day tickets get 1 MM. If you want to ride Peter Pan and Dumbo *most other FL rides aren't too busy most of the time ~ Matterhorn can have a long wait though* you'll have long lines to deal with, since FL and some of TL are the only rides operating during MM. If these rides aren't a big deal to you still get there 30min. prior to park opening and start collecting fast passes! *Next Thurs. 3/25 the park opens @ 8am, get there by 7:30 if you can. Be sure to catch the Electric Parade!
