Fourth day (1/9/2003) of honeymoon trip home to VWL

Dinner at Ohana
PI (comedy warehouse)
Actual:
I woke up around 6am and watched TV, wrote trip reports, and copied pictures to computer. A few hours later DW woke up and we got ready. We took a bus from WL to TTC ,then the monorail to MK, and then took a bus to All Star Sports. We browsed around the Sports seeing cheerleaders walking around and practicing in different spots. We then walked through music and then movies as well. I think if I were to ever stay at any of these it would have to be Movies as I liked that one the best of any of them. We were planning on going to OKW and then DTD, but it was lunch time so we headed right to DTD. We did some shopping around DTD Marketplace and then headed to Fultons crab house to use the DVC discount there, but we looked at the menu and decided instead to try House of Blues and use the 15% discount there. We went and had lunch. We started with the Rosemary Cornbread with Maple butter, and it was delicious. I ordered the chicken and pasta with mushroom cream sauce and smoked gouda cheese, DW had Red beans and rice with andouile sausage. The portions were huge when they came out, and we both decided that we would be taking some home. I suggested we cancel our Artist Point PS for the next night (Fri) and just have our leftovers in the villa on Friday. It was close to 3:15 when we got out and were supposed to meet DM by the lego store around 4pm so we headed back to there and sat down and waited for her. She got there and we walked back to the Christmas Store to pick up the ornament we were having personalized. We got that and headed for the bus stop, as we were walking there DM asked me about Disney transportation, and I told her it was little longer to get places but more convenient than driving. Of course Murphy Law hit and we had the longest wait so far for the week. We had about a 15-20 minute wait. We must have just missed the previous bus to WL. We went back to VWL and dropped off our purchases and showed DM our wedding photos. She was really impressed with the villas and then we took her down to the main lobby and walked down to the boat dock along the creek past the waterfall, the pool, and the geyser. We took the boat over to MK and then caught the resort monorail to Poly and then walked down back to beach behind the resort and found seats to watch the Fantasy in the Sky fireworks. After the fireworks we went back in and checked in for our PS at Ohana. We were seated in a few minutes. This was DMs first time to Ohana and second visit for DW and me. We enjoyed the dinner as much as we did the first time we came last Jan. After dinner we took bus back to DTD and walked DM to her car and then went to World of Disney. We went to Ghirardellis and got free samples, DW bough her sister and mother some chocolate and got our free DVC gift with a $10 purchase. We decided to skip PI and the comedy warehouse, and headed back to the room. We came back and went to bed.
