FAQ's say that it is a complimentary service. The only caveat is that the funds put on the card are non-refundable, so you can't get any money back. But the card doesn't expire so it could be used on future trips.

Still waiting on my card, maybe it will be there when I get home tonight!

I called about the card last night. The girl told me that if I don't receive it by March 12th to call back. She said they went out earlier this week.

Never called about it, and finally got our card today.

I called as my shower was last weekend, and we got the new card a few days later. When I called I was told that they mailed the cards the week of Feburary 22nd, but I still haven't recieved my original, just the replacement.

I just received my card today(Finally!) and got it activated so I'm pretty excited, and I hope I get at least one thing on my list.
