honeymoon booking ?

I can book my honeymoon package through a vacation package online that includes airfare, hotel, dining plan, and park hoppers for the same amount as it would cost me to book through Disney NOT including the airfare. To book the same package with Disney would be an extra $450. However, when talking to the Disney Rep., he was noting all sorts of things about us being a honeymooning couple, etc. with the package information, which, he was telling me, would help us get some sorts of perks throughout our stay. My question is, do you think my fiance and I would get the same kind of perks if we booked it NOT through Disney? It would not be noted on our file, I don't think, as the Disney agent was suggesting he would do.
