Honey-Lime dressing from Ohana???

I tried to make a recipe I found online, and it tasted nothing like it. I'm DYING for some! I used that lime juice in a bottle though. Think it would be better with real lime juice? Has anyone had any success making this at home?

I make it for special occasions, I still want it to be special when I visit Ohana. So, I don't over do it. But, I use the juice in the bottle also and I think it tastes just like the restaurant. I love the smell of it the most!

Which online recipe did you use?? This is the one I used...from allears.net.
Ingredients

1/2 C honey
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 C cider vinegar
1/4 C lime juice
1/4 C diced onion
1 C canola oil

Method:

Place all ingredients except oil in food processor and blend until
smooth. Slowly add oil until it is well incorporated into the
dressing. Makes 2 Cup

I think my lime juice in a bottle was spoiled, and that could've been the problem!

1) You Betchya.
2) I won't mention the alternate name for reconstituted lime juice.
3) Let's say it sounds as bad as it tastes (compared to fresh limes).

I just re-made it with fresh limes. It doesn't taste quite right still! I even tried it on some lettuce to be sure. It's not exact. Maybe it needs to sit for a bit and marinate together????
