Honest John sightings

Can Honest John be found in the parks all year round or is he just out during Halloween celebrations??

Would love to find him as I ve never seen him in wdw. Had a mini freak out when I saw some1s pics of H.J in the park
Does Gideon come out much too?

I avoid these characters like the plague . I'm super scared of anything that has to do with Pinocchio.

Saw the wolf one (can't tell them apart) last october in DL by it's a small world.

We actuallly saw one of them at the Halloween Party. He was at the Villains area by Small World.

We met Gideon and the Sheriff of Nottingham during the day at the villians meet and greet. No sightings of other Robin Hood characters.

We saw the sheriff out only one day of our trip. All other days Jafar was out instead.
