Homewood Suites I-Drive

Has anyone stayed there? How was it? Is it reasonably convenient without a car? How is the shuttle service and the evening reception?

My experience is from several years ago when I stayed there on business. I don't remember any complaints with the rooms. The evening reception was pretty lame. Not your typical good Homewood Suites food. More like chips and salsa or the like. I never used the shuttle service.

I wasn't expecting it to necessarily take the place of dinner, but I was hoping that I could at least get my bottomless pit teenager a substantial snack.

I'm really curious about how well the shuttle service works, as well.
