I am thinking of trying out this hotel for my trip.. what time do they start serving breakfast? I think I am going to try for the 7am flight again, do they give you breakfast to go? what is in it? Or do they start breakfast at 5am.. not like I would want to eat that early but my kids always want to eat. :teeth:

Thanks for the tips!

the one in kissimmee served breakfst at 7am

Hey mousy, that's the one we used when we flew in Feb. I thought they were quite nice. We had the 7:10 (I think) flight and they had breakfast on. Officially I think they start at 6:30am. But we were down there at about 5:45am and they had all the 'continental' stuff out and offered to make us eggs etc. I actually thought it was a really nice spread - bread, muffins, cereal, coffee/tea, milk, etc etc. We also liked the room - small sitting area with TV, kitchenette, and bedroom. They drove us over in the minivan in the morning - we were the only ones in it. They also have a 'business' room where they have computers with internet access so you can print your SW boarding pass before going to BUF. They have a pool too, but we didn't use it (went to Walden Galleria instead lol). If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Does anyone know if Homewood Suites will give us breakfast "to go", so to speak? Or could we just take some muffins, bread, etc. to eat a bit later?

We are catching a 7:10 AM flight on Southwest, and with the kids, stroller, luggage, carseats etc. I'm thinking it might be easier to eat at the airport. My little ones take FOREVER to eat breakfast in the morning.

Thanks for any info.

We stayed at Homewood in Buffalo in Nov 2003 and we also had the 7:10 flight. I think we got to their lobby around 5:30 and they were setting up some breakfast stuff..not all the hot stuff was out yet, but we were certainily encouraged to help ourselves and I do remember taking muffins and cereal boxes with us for a inflight snack. We really enjoyed the place and were treated very nicely.

This is where we are staying in Dec.

How are the apartment style suites?

Unfortunately we are staying Friday night and will miss the hot offerings at the hospitality suite as it is not on weekends.

The suite we had was 2 separate rooms - when you first walked in there was a kitchen on right - full fridge, micro, sink, cupboards etc. and then a living room with pull out couch & TV. Then a separate bedroom - think it was king bed and washroom. It was very spacious and nicely maintained. The pool is also larger than I expected and we had a nice time swimming. Enjoy
