homeland viruse

does anybody know how to get ridmof this?i cannt start my computer in safe mode.i keep calling people and dont know who to get it done.

My son had that on his laptop a few months ago and I successfully removed it ... I can't remember what that exact warning was but it was homeland security, so I googled the exact warning and found a link on how to remove it, it worked like. A charm !! There were 3 steps you had to do, I'm so sorry I don't know the link and I can't remember what I googled, but just google what that warning is and it should come up, it was something like maleware ? And I did have to download a couple things from them(totally free)! but it worked ! Good luck
