In case anyone is interested, I received an email from Loews today announcing a discount program called "Home Sweet Loews Rates". The email specifically referenced the Hard Rock Hotel and the Royal Pacific. The program is for reservations through 4/30 and listed Hard Rock Hotel at $149. Unfortunately, the rate was already sold out for the dates of my trip, but I was able to get a promotional rate of $169. I hope this information is helpful.
