We built our new house a little over a year ago. This was our first time building. I've never been real happy with the grout color I picked for our kitchen and laundry areas. It's too light and almost blends in with the tile. The color also makes the grout and tile look dirty. Is there a way to stain grout a different color?

Thanks y'all! :teeth:

Let me add that once you have stained the grout the color you want and it has dried, you should seal it with a grout sealer. It is a clear liquid in the same aisle as the grout stain and tile laying products at Home Depot or Lowes. You simply paint it on. Without the sealant the stained color can lift off in heavy traffic areas or areas that get washed vigorously and frequently. This is not mentioned on that DIY site, but I speak from experience.
