Of course i forgot to buy the sweatshirt my mom wanted for Christmas while we were there. Can someone please direct me to the service that will purchase this for me. How does this work. Do you pay a bunch in shipping? Can i use my AP discount on the purchase? Thanks.

At the bottom of the receipts is the information for "additonal Merchandise inquires". The phone number is 1-877-560-6477 and the email is merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com.

You need to be as specific as possible about the item you want and be sure to specify you want the Disneyland version (if the design is available at both resorts) because the phone/email banks might be WDW-centric (at least the time I called, I was routed to someone who assumed I was asking about Disney World merchandise).

You have to pay for shipping. I don't know the specific breakdown, but Allears.net has a price chart for WDW and I would assume DLR is similar.

In terms the AP discount, the general answer is "no", but you might get a CM that will allow you the discount if you fax/email a copy of your valid AP to them. This has only happened once for me and it was several years ago, so I don't know the current policy.
