as I'm giving our February trip to our kids for xmas dose anyone know where I could get a voucher made

How about asking on the
Disneyland Paris web site for them to send you the info pack and then wrapping that up for Christmas?

We did this for the girls once. Made scrolls and tied them to two life size helium Mickey and Minnie balloons. I went into our local disney store and they gave me an old window display. We did it on the morning that we were leaving and had the suitcases packed in the living room.
