Ok Someone posted this before....I would like to make some this year! So who has the recipe! :goodvibes

Hmmmm....I did a search on the boards and could not find one. I think I have a buttered rum recipe somewhere around here, but that is not the same!

I did find this recipe on-line at Glenn Country Inn Bed & Breakfast: Irish Creme. It sounds simple enough.....

Thanks! That sounds like it! the ones I found had eggs in it...DIdn't care for that idea and I knew when I made it before it didn't have eggs!
DOn't remember adding rum...
I actually used Jack Daniels! My friends died! It was my dad's so it has been sitting for about 18 years! Very mellow as some would say! I personally say YUCK! But mix it with some cream, and coccoa...and I was a happy camper in the winter! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I know what you mean....it sometimes take a good, stiff drink (or two) for me to make it through the whole winter, too!! :rotfl:
