Makes me think of when we go to Outback steak house...I always get confused which bathroom I should go into

When I took L to see HSM3 she walked right into the men's room...guess who had to run in and catch her :lmao:

:lmao:

Kim that is such a sad story, thank God that child has wonderful Grandparents

DD12 painted a cat at MudPie
and DD9 painted a dog

both girls want a pet, cant you tell?

WE already have a mouse in the house
doesn't that count???????

'course DH is attempting to kill said mousey
:confused3

you know where there is 1 there is 12.........

gotta go

wish us luck

DH and I are going to pick up the counter top

it weighs about 600 pounds
I am not one for eating my wheaties
so I hope I can hold my "end"

we aren't ready to install it either
so I am betting it is going to be a decorative item in my living room for awhile

is he related to Mr. PAD?

??

you DO know that living with pets actually extends your life expectance?

I think that your statement does a BIG disservice to those of us that like pets.

At one time we had four kitties (inside).

now we have one kitty and two dogs (all rescues!) I couldn't imagine life without pets.

 pirate: we'll keep you around!

I STILL need to start packing so I am going to sign off for now

I am babysitting L tonight...M is staying at a friend's house...so I won't be back until tomorrow (most likely)

I hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday Evening :grouphug:

 Didn't mean to offend, your grumpiness!
I am a pet person, a farm girl, too.
DH has to be convinced, as do most of the DH's I know
they are not readily excited about picking out a pet
of course, DH is a hunter, so a beagle, maybe (they stink, IMHO) literally, smell

I had to convince DH we needed a dog when we were first married, he had never had a pet (grandma is still phobic about any animal)

Our first baby lived 16 years, and we are still not over his old age passing...

BUT my original thought was that most DH's I know have to be convinced.
No slam to the entire male race
(at least not at this time)

more than once! :lmao:

& when I was young & impressionable I post on the Diva Cup one too :scared:

double :scared: :scared: & some of these :scared1: :scared1:
1. didn't know what a Diva cup was..........sometimes I think I'm a Diva & thought I might need a cup :confused3

&

2. when I figure out what a Diva cup was :scared1: I couldn't figure out why va-jj was ****** out...........Dis police ::yes::

Successful home delivery of new granite island top!

Course, DH perturbed half of the driving population of rural PA by driving UNDER the speed limit on the way home with the fragile thing

He rigged up a holding device for it before we left, complete with toggle bolts, and the workers at the home store were duly impressed with him:worship:

At home, we enlisted the male neighbors to lend a muscle.

It is now looking quite smashing
in my living room:laughing:
standing up, as is recommended

oh, and 600 was an exaggeration, it is only about 400 pounds

DH may be going to the Steeler game tomorrow
calling for snow, not Snow, but precipitation snow

He always says he prefers to watch from the warm lazy boy in front of the big screen
but if someone offers a freebie, he is on it;)

DS ended up on the lifeguarding tour today
three pool parties, instead of one
he won't be done until six

then we have a wedding reception to attend
the wedding itself was last week, many hours away
the party for locals is this week

I enjoy weddings
but the rest of the was40s think this is the way to do it
skip the wedding , just go to the party
