Do they have characters just visiting and present?

Do you mean the character meal there? Jojo, Goliath, Leo and June are there and mingle like the other characters meals. Then other CMs have the kids sing songs and parade around. They "Hot Diggity Dog" from MM Clubhouse and stuff.
