Roughly how long of a drive with traffic?

Could be 45 minutes, could be 2 hours. LA traffic is unpredictable and insane.

Also depends on time of year, what is going on in the area (sporting events, concerts, etc), where in Hollywood you are leaving from, accidents on the freeway, weather, lol you get the idea. Soooo many people and crappy roads, you never know what you’ll get. We had to commute from near Anaheim to Childrens Hospital LA, which is basically on the Hollywood border, during Halloween because my daughter was having surgery and was there for a week. It took 3 hours one time.

Roughly how long of a drive with traffic?

I’m going to say about a hour to hour and a half. The worse will be getting from Hollywood through downtown. Once your out of downtown LA there shouldn’t be much of any traffic.

Your best bet is to stalk Google Maps for a couple of hours before you want to leave and if it starts looking nasty, get moving. It will show you traffic and pretty darned accurate arrival times. That's the best I can do for traveling around LA, it pretty much always stinks
