Hollywood Studios Plan

I'm planning a day at Hollywood Studios and seeking some input to see if all this is attainable.
It will be on a Monday first week of March so hoping for lower crowds. We're myself, DW, DD3, DD1 and my in-laws as well. We plan on being in the park for rope drop at 9am and staying until around 2ish to get back to the hote for rest and pool time before heading out to Ohana later that night for dinner.

9am- Rope drop Rock n Roller Coaster and FP+ Tower of Terror (get riderswap passes for both)
940am- Disney Jr Live on Stage
1030am- Frozen sing Along FP+
1100am- Toy Story Mania FP+
1130am- Quick Service Lunch at ABC or Backlot
1200- Star Tours FP+ (Get riderswap pass)
1230- Voyage of Little Mermaid
100-Beauty and the Beast Live
130-Hit Great Movie Ride if line is short and call it a day

We'll be heading back to HS a different night for Fantasmic and am planning on hitting the Indiana Jones shown before that day.

I don't think you will make that 9:40 show. Rocking roller coaster takes almost 30 min to do at rope drop, 20 on a really good day. You don't have time to do Tower twice after that. Most of your plan looks iffy. If you get in the fp line for TS right after 11 you MAY get to a nearby cs for lunch but I don't think a half hour between getting off TS ordering lunch and eating is reasonable. You need more like an hour. You may JUST make it to VOTLM , skipping Star Tours but even that is tight. I don't even know if there is enough time to get to the 1:00 Beauty and the Beast show. HS is hard to do in a shortened day because of the show schedules. We usually do RR, TT, TSM (fp), Star Tours (fp), GMR ( wait in standby ) and pick one maybe two shows. I don't think you can fit in all you have planned and leave by 2.

That's quite a lot of rushing. Also a LOT of back and forth (even though a small park .. getting to things still takes some time).

I don't think that is viable because of the show schedules and distances between some of these.

Think movement efficiency when trying to cram a bunch of things into a short day as well ..

Little Mermaid
Toy Story MM
Lunch at Backlot Express
GMR
Frozen
Star Tours
Beauty and Beast
Tower of Terror ..
Call it a day ..

I don't think this plan is going to work as others above have said. No way you make the Disney Jr Live show for sure and the rest is going to require a lot of back and forth which will wear everyone out.

If you can stay later than 1:30 and spread it out more that'd be the best thing to do.

I concur, that's tight. I'm sure you know that just because you have a fastpass doesn't mean you won't have to queue, especially at TSMM. As for Great Movie Ride, I'm not sure why this is a tier A ride and I'm always amazed by the length of queue for it. On the plus side it fits plenty of people on so may move fast.

I think you need a back up plan of what you are willing to drop and fit in on the other day you're heading to HS for fantasmic and Indiana Jones.

My suggestion is to go back and add a 15-20 minute wait before each show and then reassess your itinerary. You have a 1 and 3 yo. I just did this with a 3&4 yo and I'm glad I added buffer time. Your current schedule will not be fun for anyone.

I know I'm not particularly helping as I'm just adding more to your itinerary... but HS also has some of the best character meets, buzz and Woody, Olaf, Star Wars, Disney Junior Characters, you may want to alllow some time for them.
